About Dr. Verena Brown, MD, CSE, NBC-HWC, NASM-CNC

Dr. Verena Brown is a trauma-informed physician, Certified Health and Wellness Coach certified by the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaches, a Certified Sexuality Educator certified by the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists, a Certified Nutrition Coach, certified by the National Association of Sports Medicine, and a Culinary and Lifestyle Medicine Aficionado. She founded Sentient Anatomy, a coaching service focusing on the pillars of wellness, including physical, emotional, social, vocational, and spiritual.  As a trauma-focused sexuality educator, Dr. Brown also coaches and provides lectures regarding sexual health and well-being.
